Double room to let in Paignton/Goodrington. Close to the beach and the town centre in Paignton, Devon for sale

I have a double room available. The house has just been newly renovated and has a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The house is within a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10/15 min walk to Paignton town centre and South Devon College. There are shops and takeaways over the road. The room has a double bed with chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is also a large kitchen/diner and separate large lounge as well as a big garden for sitting out in the evening in the summer and plenty of off road parking space. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for use. All bills included I am looking for a house mate to share my house with who is clean, tidy and quiet, but also somebody I can sit and watch TV with and hang out.
